Working Principle of Floor Washer
Machine movement: The floor scrubber is driven by a motor system, allowing the machine to move to the area that needs to be cleaned.
Sprinkler: The floor scrubber is equipped with a water tank and water pump system, which can sprinkle cleaning solution on the ground.
Brushing: The rotating brush at the bottom of the machine rotates and tilts, while being supported by the hydraulic system of the water pump, driving the cleaning fluid to form high-speed rotation, brushing away dirt, dust and other substances on the ground, and generating strong water flow to flush these debris to the suction port.
Water absorption: The machine sucks away the cleaned water and dirt on the ground through a retractable suction pipe, while also drying up the cleaning solution scattered on the ground to keep it dry.
Garbage bin emptying: During the operation of the machine, dirt and water will be sucked into the garbage bin, and after cleaning, the dirt in the garbage bin needs to be emptied.
